Albert Bartlett, a leading British family brand known for quality potatoes since 1948, is seeking a dedicated Fresh Production Supervisor to join our team.

You will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and every 3rd Saturday, and you will have the opportunity to lead and support a energetic team to ensure our fresh production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This position offers a competitive salary of £13.70 per hour and the chance to play a key role in maintaining our high-quality standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations within the fresh production area, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Lead and motivate a team of operators, fostering a positive and engaged working environment.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.




Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and performance.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a production or manufacturing workplace is essential.
Robust understanding of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
