Lead operational and strategic initiatives for patient care
Empower teams through workforce planning and qualified growth
Collaborate to drive system integration and improve service flow
Oversee financial operations ensuring accountability
Utilize data to inform strategies and improve quality Requirements:
Master’s degree in health services management or relevant area
10 years in healthcare, including 5 in a management role
Experience in co-design and evaluation of healthcare programs
Robust understanding of budget management and clinical services
Leadership background in mental health systems preferred Elevate patient care and foster innovation in mental health services at The Royal.
