CEFA Early Learning Richmond is a grouped childcare composed of a 0 – 3 years old program and a 3 – 5 years old program. We are currently seeking a licensed experienced ECE teacher to join our big family! Shift will be 8-hour with 30-min break.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a high-quality program, in line with the CEFA curriculum

· Plan and maintain a high-quality setting that rptects the health, security, and well-being of children.

· Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members.

· Communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner both written and oral.

· Be genuine, supportive, engaged, and a productive team member who is open to and implements feedback and guidance.

· Support children in the development of their self-help skills and independence.

· Establish and maintain team-oriented relationships with co-workers,



management, and families.

· Attend staff meetings, and any career development opportunities as required.

· Work in partnership to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.

· To maintain regular attendance, punctuality and to be appropriately dressed and professional at all times.

Qualifications
BC ECE license required
At least one year working exprience in child care
Current Emergency First Aid & CPR-C Certification
Previous CEFA experiences or CEFA certification is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
