Drive impactful projects across North America from design to commissioning. As a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you will lead control systems projects, ensuring successful delivery by collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.
Your expertise in automation and electrification will enhance project value, while your hands-on experience with DCS platforms will be critical for developing tailored solutions. You’ll guide projects through all phases and mentor junior engineers to elevate their skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead control systems projects from feasibility to commissioning
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to achieve project goals
- Design up-to-date control systems tailored to client needs
- Build and implement control algorithms adhering to best practices
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and project deliverables
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (automation, electrical, or related)
- 10+ years of industrial experience in Pulp & Paper
- Experience with DCS platforms like ABB and Emerson
- Strong problem-solving skills in control systems
- Eligible to work in Canada
