Job Description Working as part of a cross‑functional team, you will deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience. How You Will Contribute With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements, as well as development activities such as product shelf‑life testing, designing for quality, and consumer test preparation. You will also write technical reports that analyze and interpret results, lead to conclusions and recommendations, and create and maintain accurate consumer‑led specifications. What You Will Bring Food science, science, or engineering experience, ideally in a quick‑moving consumer goods market Ability to work both independently and as part of teams with guidance from a manager Strong prioritizing and activity‑management skills Proactive problem identification and independent solution implementation Fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions Effective verbal and written communication,



including technical writing Consumer‑centric mindset in development activities Education / Certifications BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Travel Requirements Travel up to 25%. Salary The expected base salary range for this position is $69,800.00 to $87,250.00 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% and potential for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
