Responsibilities
Safely operate concrete pump trucks and related equipment
Set up and position the pump truck at job sites
Operate boom and pumping systems to accurately place concrete
Communicate effectively with concrete finishers, truck drivers, site supervisors, and other crew members
Perform pre-trip and daily equipment inspections
Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues or safety concerns
Clean and properly maintain the pump and associated equipment after each job
Follow all company, customer, and site-specific safety procedures
Complete required paperwork and daily job reports
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous concrete pump operating experience required
Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence with a clean driving record
Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset
Robust mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid communication and customer-service skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $40.00-$47.00 per hour
