Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely to assist with excavation, lifting, and material transport
Assist with paving operations, including preparing surfaces and laying asphalt or concrete as needed
Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, mixing materials, and assembling structures
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including staging materials and tools




Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently and effectively
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs

Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, or excavators is highly desirable
Knowledge of paving techniques and procedures is a plus
Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual labor throughout the workday
Robust attention to safety standards and procedures at all times
Valuable communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job site location
