Concession Stand Team Members are responsible for delivering quick, friendly, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests during events at Rogers Arena and BC Place. This role is customer-facing and fast-paced, requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to help create an outstanding fan experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and process electronic payments
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, including food prep areas, counters, and storage
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock inventory and supplies as needed during events
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service
Handle customer questions or concerns in a courteous and solution-oriented manner

Qualifications & Skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (as required)
