We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our shop, providing outstanding support to our valued customers. Duties
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and product selections in a professional and friendly manner
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including recording customer information and transaction details




Perform analysis of customer needs to recommend suitable products and upsell when appropriate
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Robust communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is highly valued
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Ability to handle phone calls professionally with proper etiquette
Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Positive attitude, energetic approach, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed
