Recruitment Coordinator (Onsite – Coquitlam, BC) We’re partnering with a well-established, BC-based organization in the transportation and logistics space to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring during an upcoming maternity leave. This is an on-site role best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing Support full-cycle recruitment for operational and support roles (drivers, warehouse, trades, admin) Create and post job ads across multiple platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial phone pre-screens Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and internal tools (no ATS) Support onboarding and new-hire orientation activities Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding checklists Assist with basic HR administration and occasional Health & Safety initiatives Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing,



or HR coordination Exposure to blue-collar hiring (trades, logistics, warehouse, labour, drivers) Highly organized and comfortable managing candidates without an ATS Robust Excel and administrative skills Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) Comfortable working onsite, full-time in Coquitlam Nice to Have Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments Agency recruiting or staffing coordinator background Familiarity with onboarding, HR documentation, or employment legislation Why This Role Stable, hands-on recruiting exposure in a real operational environment Supportive, coaching-oriented leadership (not micromanaged) Opportunity to build strong full-cycle recruiting fundamentals Possibility of longer-term opportunity depending on business needs Compensation & Details Salary: $56,000–$64,000 (no bonus) Location: 100% onsite – Coquitlam, BC Term: 18-month contract to start with an opportunity to convert to FT Start: ASAP
