In this position, you will be a peer mentor to youth with disabilities who are developing independent living skills. You will assist participants to problem solve, develop strategies and help them achieve their own personal goals for independent living. In addition, you will also provide some administrative support for summer programs and assist the ILP Coordinator when needed.
