We are seeking an experienced, passionate, highly skilled Senior Esthetician & Wax Specialist to join our team.

This is strictly a senior level position for an experienced esthetician who has already mastered their craft and can confidently perform a wide range of treatments independently.

You must have a minimum of 5 years of skilled esthetics experience.

If you are a recent graduate or have less than 5 years of professional experience, please do not apply. This position is not suitable for entry level estheticians.

We are looking for someone who can step into the role confidently from day one.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage experience is mandatory.

Relaxation Massage experience is mandatory.

This is not a training position. We are looking for a true senior practitioner with strong technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to deliver exceptional treatments without requiring extensive hands on training.

Your Role

As a Senior Esthetician & Wax Specialist, you will deliver exceptional treatments while creating a warm, elevated, and highly personalized guest experience.

You must be confident working independently, managing your treatment schedule efficiently, and maintaining Ritual's standards of excellence throughout every guest interaction.

- Relaxation Massage required
- Customized facial treatments

- Comprehensive skin consultations & facial analysis
- Buccal Intra Oral Facial Massage
- Brow shaping & design
- Lash lifts & tints
- Full facial waxing
- Body waxing
- Threading services
- Client education & home care recommendations
- Personalized treatment planning

- Deliver treatments with confidence, intention, and consistency
- Create genuine connections with every guest
- Maintain exceptional treatment standards and protocols
- Understand the importance of timing and never rush or shorten a treatment
- Provide thoughtful consultations and personalized recommendations
- Build solid guest relationships that encourage retention and rebooking
- Recommend treatments, packages, and home care products with integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, elevated treatment environment
- Contribute positively to the team culture
- Represent Ritual professionally inside and outside the treatment room

Schedule Flexibility Is Essential

This position requires someone with flexibility and availability in their schedule.

You must be comfortable working a combination of evenings and weekends based on business needs and guest demand.

If you are only available for a limited or fixed schedule, this role may not be the right fit.

We are looking for someone who understands that flexibility is part of being a senior practitioner in a growing wellness spa.

What We're Looking ForRequired

- Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience
- Recent graduates will not be considered
- Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage experience is mandatory
- Relaxation Massage experience is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of skincare, skin analysis, and treatment planning
- Strong experience with facials, waxing, brows, and lash services
- Exceptional waxing skills and attention to detail
- Strong guest retention and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, warm, and welcoming presence
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Ability to maintain exceptional standards in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Preferred




- Buccal Intra Oral Facial Massage training
- Experience with advanced facial modalities
- Additional bodywork or wellness certifications
- Experience working within a luxury or wellness spa environment
- Passion for wellness, education, and personal development
- Comfortable creating or participating in educational social media content
