For immediate consideration please contact Rachel Oakes at (phone hidden) or email me at [email protected] Benefits & Perks$80,000 - $100,000 per annum (based on experience)3 weeks vacationFull extended benefits ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the operations of properties from meeting with tenants, completing inspections, resolving issues, scheduling services, onboarding tenants, maintenance requests.Coordinate and manage regular property maintenance, cleaning, repair work orders, and service requests in collaboration with the Building Manager, who reports directly to this role.Address ad hoc property management matters as they arise, handle occasional after-hours emergencies.Prepare budgets, expense control, utilize reports such as income and expense reports, vacancy reports, to guide decision-making to improve overall management of properties.Prepare monthly owner reports & financial statementsLead leasing of residential unitsScreen tenants, prepare and execute lease/rental agreements,
