Our client in the Private Wealth Management space is looking for a Compliance and Operations Support Analyst to support the executive leader directly. In this role, you will learn and gain experience to advance into a leadership role as you grow further in your career.

You will be
Monitoring day-to-day compliance
Maintaining and reconciling daily portfolio informatio
Tracking cost basis, gains, and tax-related data for client accounts
Preparing year-end tax reporting to clients
Generating and monitoring client billings
Preparing complex reports into readable information for clients

What we are looking for
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Experience working within private wealth management is a strong asset
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Experience with portfolio management software
Experience analyzing financial data
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with robust client focus
