About Shippam

Established in 1978, Shippam & Associates is a family business and a leading supplier of corporate merchandise and promotional products in Western Canada.

We are seeking a detailed and organized individual who can manage several jobs to completion at once. You must be able to work in a team setting and provide great customer service to our sales team, clients and suppliers.

Roles/Duties
Managing submitted orders for pricing and correct decoration.
Submitting purchase orders with our vendors for delivery.
Track delivery dates to ensure the order has been received, pricing is correct and order timeline can be fulfilled.
Advise sales reps and clients their order has shipped and provide tracking info and any other details on the order.
Work with our warehouse and production team to review product quality,



decoration and ensure smooth turn around to our clients.
Invoice delivered orders.

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in French an asset

Experience:
Customer service experience of one year or greater preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
