You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, engaging with sub-trades, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings while maintaining robust communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate in office construction activities and schedules
Manage site documentation and compliance with building codes




Facilitate trade communication and issue resolution
Oversee change orders, permits, and project draws

2 years’ experience in construction, preferably wood frame
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
