Overview

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to be the friendly, organized voice of our service department. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate technician dispatch, and keep our service operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone and email
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites, prioritizing urgent and emergency calls
Track service requests from intake through completion, keeping clients informed along the way
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and job records in our CRM system
Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues
Follow up with clients on completed work, outstanding quotes, and maintenance renewals




Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Support general administrative tasks tied to service contracts and maintenance agreements

Experience
2–5 years (or more) of experience in customer service, dispatch, or client relations (experience in HVAC, mechanical, or trades industries is an asset)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM or dispatch/scheduling software is an asset
A calm, qualified approach to problem-solving under pressure
A team player who works well with technicians, clients, and management alike
