Duties
Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by handling hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
Perform tasks such as concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work under supervision
Help with installation of flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and interior finishes like painting and caulking
Operate heavy machinery when certified or trained, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times




Maintain a clean and organized work setting to promote safety and efficiency on site

Requirements
Previous construction experience or willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is preferred
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or welding is a plus
Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work effectively as part of a team
Solid physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation or specific trade skills are advantageous but not mandatory initially
