GIP Pyramid Construction Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team for the construction season.

The successful candidate will support our crews with a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of safety and reliability on a job site.

Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators with daily construction activities.
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and tools.
Perform general site preparation and cleanup.
Assist with excavation, grading, concrete, and other civil construction activities as required.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Follow direction from supervisors, forepersons, and other members of the site team.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Assist with additional site duties as required.

Qualifications




Previous construction or general labour experience is considered an asset.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
