We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on community development to become dementia-friendly. It would include conducting presentations to business to increase the awareness of dementia in the province.
Responsibilities
Engaging communities in the province in awareness campaigns.
-Conducting presentations to First Responders and business on dementia.
Collect and analyze data to measure engagement metrics and outcomes
Educate team members on best practices for enhancing engagement
Perform administrative tasks related to engagement programs
Conduct public speaking engagements to promote organizational initiatives
Assist in recruiting efforts to attract engaged individuals
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement levels
Manage engagement projects from inception to completion
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire team members
Skills
Proficiency in project management techniques
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Robust leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others
Experience in data collection and analysis
Knowledge of recruitment strategies for engaging talent
Familiarity with marketing principles for enhancing engagement levels
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
