Join Our Team: Experienced Construction & Hardscape Crew Member

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Hardscape & Construction Crew Member with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our crew. If you take pride in build quality, work well in a team workplace, and know your way around a job site, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing hardscape projects including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces.
Site preparation, grading, excavation, and base installation.
Operating hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment safely and efficiently.
Driving truck and trailer setups to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
Assisting with job site setup, material handling, and end-of-day cleanup.
Collaborating to ensure projects are completed on schedule and up to quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:



Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in hardscaping or heavy landscape construction.
Driver's License: Valid G2 or G License required with a clean driving record.
Trailer & Equipment Experience: Driving/towing a truck and trailer setup and operating heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors) are major assets.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor daily (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing) in various outdoor weather conditions.
Reliability: Solid work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
