We are seeking a motivated and EXPERIENCED CLAWS Combine Operator to join our team for the 2026 season. We are gearing up for a busy harvest season and are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with experience. Responsibilities
A strong commitment to personal safety and the careful operation of expensive farm equipment.
Safely operate a combine harvester with precision, ensuring optimal performance during harvesting activities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of combine to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met
Follow all safety protocols related to harvesting
Field awareness
Ability to locate assigned fields, using GPS or other resources




Collaborate with team members to coordinate movements of large equipment and ensure smooth workflow in office

Requirements
Proven experience operating combines
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely as required.
