Collections Agent (Junior to Senior)

Veritas Alliance Inc. is growing and looking to add Collections Agents at all experience levels, with a strong focus on experienced and senior-level performers.

Whether you’re building your career or already a tenured collector managing high-value files, this role offers a structured environment with real earning potential and career progression.

What You’ll Do
Manage and resolve delinquent accounts (consumer and/or commercial)
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
Communicate professionally with clients to drive resolution
Handle escalations and more complex files (senior agents)
Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets

Who We’re Looking For
All experience levels welcome (training provided for junior candidates)
Senior agents (3+ years experience) strongly preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
High attention to detail and professionalism
Experience with legal collections, settlements, or insolvency (asset for senior candidates)

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary:



$36,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
Uncapped commission + monthly performance bonuses
