Working under the Construction and Maintenance Manager and as an integral member of our small and skilled team, this role with perform a wide variety of tasks relating to exterior and interior maintenance duties and tenant turnovers for both residential and commercial buildings and properties located in Kelowna. Requirements
Some basic building systems knowledge preferred but not necessary.
Must have general maintenance knowledge, carpentry skills would be considered an asset.
Must be physcially fit with the ability to lift, carry or move heavy items.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities and able to work extra hours on occasion when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining a solid attention to detail is important.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
