Duties
Use hand tools, and cleaning equipment to remove debris, dust, and construction residues from job sites
Perform detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures to prepare spaces for occupancy or inspection
Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving equipment or materials around the site
Maintain organized work areas by disposing of waste properly and storing tools securely




Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and report any safety concerns or issues

Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Hands-on experience with hand tools, and basic facilities maintenance techniques
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently during daily operations
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork collaboration
Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment use, cleaning chemicals, and site hazards is advantageous
Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in office
