Lead impactful initiatives at The Bridge Youth & Family Services as a Clinical Program Manager focused on youth recovery. This full time, permanent role blends leadership, clinical supervision, and community engagement in a bed-based treatment facility. As the Recovery & Addictions Clinical Program Manager, you will guide The Bridge’s efforts to provide protected and effective care at the Youth Recovery House.

With a strong focus on evidence-based practices, your role includes overseeing programs, policies, and protocols while ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals. Collaboration with diverse staff including Program Facilitators and Registered Nurses is key. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at the Youth Recovery House




Provide leadership and clinical supervision to staff
Implement best practices in recovery programs
Engage in community initiatives and agency committees
Shape the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology or social work
5+ years of management experience in relevant settings
Proven experience in substance use treatment
Qualified registration with BCCSW or BCACC
