Job Summary

Join our team to assist in managing processes and meeting production goals. Your daily duties will include loading/unloading machines, housekeeping, and utilizing measuring instruments. You must have robust attention to detail, the ability to read blueprint drawings, and previous experience with CNC machines. We are looking for a reliable operator who can communicate effectively during shift handovers and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities:
Load/unload machines while focusing on correct fixturing procedures
Develop knowledge of our current processes and procedures
Learn how to use required gauges and measuring instruments accurately




Running equipment at maximum capacity, managing processes, and meeting production goals
Complying with all Quality and Safety principles and procedures
Housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas
Must be willing to accept any necessary training to fulfill work duties
Any other duties as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprint drawings
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong attention to detail
A continuous improvement mindset
Ability to effectively communicate shifts through logbooks and daily handover meetings
Previous experience with CNC machines is a plus

Shift: Overnight shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am | Monday - Friday Compensation: This position includes a 17% overnight shift premium

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour

Experience:
CNC Machine Operating: 1 year (preferred)
