They will be primarily responsible for assembling all information pertaining to a maintenance work order to accurately produce an invoices for clients.What You’ll DoCoordinate and support Maintenance administrative dutiesOpen and maintain company work orders and task cards in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Software System.Ensure all task cards, log pages, and work packages are completed, accounted for, and digitized prior to filing to the appropriate aircraft archivesEnsure that maintenance Work Orders balance with Accounting Department recordsTrack Maintenance Time & Attendance, administrating the systemInput timesheets and labour timeAdministrative SupportWhat You BringCollege Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related coursesMinimum of 2 years of related administrative experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)Aviation industry experience will be considered an assetSolid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentCapacity to influence and demonstrate interpersonal skillsHours of WorkMonday to FridayWhy Chartright?Make an Impact : Help shape the future of a growing aviation company.Be Part of a Winning Team :
