Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.About The JobYou will be part of a hardworking Network Operations team that provides the backbone to ensure that diners and restaurants stay connected all over the world. In this role, you'll be developing and maintaining the network automation tools used to configure and manage multiple datacenters, cloud, and office networks that are available and running 24x7. Responsibilities include developing automated configurations, maintaining ansible playbooks, leveraging network restful api for automation, fixing connectivity issues, and implementing security across our current and next generation platforms. and improvement for all engineering systems and can deliver exceptional quality in a dynamic, agile environment, we'd like to meet you.Minimum QualificationsAbility to solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutionsAbility to handle several projects at a timeAbility to learn and gain new technical skillsGood interpersonal skills and experience working with other engineering teamsAdvanced knowledge of AWS and Cloud Networking in hybrid network environmentsAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols such as EVPN-VXLAN, Ether-Channel (LACP, MC-LAG), and Virtual chassisIntermediate knowledge of at least one scripting language such as PythonIntermediate knowledge of configuration automation such as Ansible or PuppetFamiliarity with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platformsFamiliarity with dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPFFamiliarity with Layer 3, 4, and 7 load balancing methodologies and protocols as well as experience with highly available network and system architecturesExperience with JunOS, PanOS, ArubaOS, or IOS/NX-OS/ASA-OSExperience solving network issues in virtualized environmentsExperience in the use of various network monitoring and packet capture toolsAble to participate in a 24/7 oncall rotation and be an escalation point for critical issuesMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Network EngineerPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting F5 LTM platforms. This includes designing, installing, upgrading,

This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week—giving employees the best of both worlds: in‑person collaboration and flexibility.The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses is $170,000 - $185,000 CAD.
