As Senior Legal

Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in guiding OPC members through workplace investigations, dispute resolutions, and professional discipline. Your expertise in education and labor law will enhance collaboration with local districts and provide critical support for educational governance and policy matters. You will also create training materials and contribute strategically to organizational objectives while advising on ongoing professional growth initiatives.

Provide legal advice on labor and education-related issues





- Collaborate with staff on educational material development
- Supervise and guide legal counsel and law clerks
- Support drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Represent members in arbitration and legal proceedings Member in valuable standing with Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum seven years of legal experience
- Extensive knowledge in education and labor law
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- French language capabilities are beneficial Utilize your legal expertise to support the Ontario Principals' Council while fostering professional growth and collaboration.
