We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team at Brooklyn Bathroom Remodeling Pros. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our remodeling team, ensuring smooth communication and an excellent customer experience throughout each project. You will assist homeowners with inquiries, coordinate project updates, maintain client records, and support our team in delivering high-quality bathroom renovation services.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide friendly, skilled support
Maintain accurate client information, notes, and project records
Coordinate with project managers and team members to support smooth project completion
Assist with scheduling consultations and follow-up communication with clients
Help identify client needs and provide appropriate information about remodeling services
Collect client feedback and support improvements to customer service processes
Assist with general administrative tasks related to client accounts and project coordination
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, administration, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication skills with a skilled and positive attitude
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer management systems
