Position: Insurance Broker - Producer Support

Job Description / Duties

This role supports our producer across multiple lines of business, including Autopac, Travel Insurance, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines.
Provide day-to-day support to dedicated producer
Assist with Autopac transactions and inquiries for these clients
Support personal lines policies (home, seasonals, etc.)
Assist with commercial lines administration
Process COI’s
Help process travel insurance requests
Prepare quotes, policy changes, renewals, and documentation
Maintain accurate client records in our systems
Deliver friendly, reliable service to clients and team members

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:
Level 1 or 2 Insurance License (or willingness to work towards Level 2)
Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A robust work ethic and positive attitude
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
