Make a meaningful impact as a Child Intervention Practitioner in Edmonton, Alberta. This full time role involves assessing family safety, managing cases, and building connections for vulnerable youth. The Ministry of Children and Family Services seeks compassionate professionals to enhance safety for children and families.

You will assess risks, develop safety plans, and facilitate connections to community resources. Engaging with children in decision-making is vital, as is effective documentation and legal response. Key Responsibilities:
Assess safety and risk for children and families
Facilitate family meetings and connect to resources
Monitor cases and adjust plans accordingly
Prepare legal documents and attend court hearings
Maintain compliance with Child Intervention standards Requirements:
Bachelor of Social Work with 1 year experience
Experience in Child Intervention Services preferred
Robust understanding of cultural awareness
Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle Utilize your expertise in Child Intervention to support resilient families in Edmonton and beyond.
