Let's drive success togetherWhat you'll be doing:Process part orders quickly, courteously, and professionally.List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized by putting away loose stock.Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules,



and other bulletins.Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for: Bring a fervent passion for powersports and accessories.Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.Exhibit a customer-centric approach with an outgoing personality, whether in-person or over the phone.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.Customer Service ExperienceExperience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.Computer literate.
