Duties
Assist in daily operations by performing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Contribute to a positive team environment
Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times




Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
Follow all operational policies and procedures
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Skills
Solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks quickly
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
Basic organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
Nice-to-have: previous experience in customer service or retail environments, but not required
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work responsibilities
