Advantage North Services is currently looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities
Site supervision of workers & equipment
Keep jobsite organized and ensure construction is carried out as planned
Lead daily safety meetings
Diligently complete inspections & safety documentation
Perform estimates and provide schedules to clients
Coordinate subcontractors
Planning ahead to prevent dispatch issues
Will be required to work out of town and extended hours

Skills
Team leader, able to work with clients to reach common goal
Excellent computer skills
Understanding of construction techniques
Knowledge of equipment utilization and proper uses of equipment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
Valid Driver’s license
Current Standard First Aid, H2S Certificates and Ground Disturbance Level ll
NCSO is an asset
15+ yrs industry experience
Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test

Job Type: Full time Job Types: Full time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
