We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on various cannabis products, and assist with sales in a professional retail environment. This role requires a solid understanding of product offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse customers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
Educate customers on product effects, strains, dosages, and consumption methods
Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
Balance register/POS at beginning and end of shift
Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store remains clean and inviting
Stock inventory
Weigh and stock product
Answering the phone
Handle customer inquiries professionally,



providing accurate information about products and store policies

Skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively
Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or hospitality environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word; familiarity with POS systems and computer operation required
Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
Organizational skills to manage filing, merchandising, and time effectively during shifts
Leadership qualities are advantageous for guiding new team members or managing busy periods
