Utilize your expertise in behavioral health to support individuals facing life challenges. ComPsych is seeking licensed clinicians to join its EAP Provider Network. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, solution-focused counseling to employees and their eligible household members. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of clinical experience and a master’s degree in a related behavioral health field. Key Responsibilities:
Provide short-term, in-person EAP counseling services
Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
Support clients navigating workplace stress and personal challenges
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case management
Comply with ethical guidelines and scope-of-practice Requirements:
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Minimum three years of clinical experience
Highest-level skilled accreditation or registration
Active skilled liability insurance coverage
