Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while educating them about our range of cannabis products. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers in selecting the right products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects.
Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring proper stock levels.
Process sales transactions accurately using computerized point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash and credit transactions while adhering to company policies.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.

Skills




Strong retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficient in using computerized systems for sales transactions (e.g., POS systems)
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking and organizing products.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Require skills and qualifications ;

Minimum 19+ years of age Cannabis knowlledge

*Valid Cansell certification

*Mandatory police record check

*Minimum 1 year i customer service and retail

*POS : 1 year experience (preferred )

*Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
