BUBBLE TEA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bubble tea Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting setting, and providing outstanding customer service. Duties
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Adhere to food safety guidelines during food preparation and service.




Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or customer service is required.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment independently.
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering practices is beneficial.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is required.
A friendly demeanour with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued.
Strong candidate willing to handle the store independently.
