We are looking for a catering manager to support us in growing our existing catering business.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the catering business
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize menu offerings and pricing
Provide leadership and guidance to the catering team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Manage key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the culinary team to create cutting-edge and appealing menu options
Oversee the coordination of catering events, including logistics, and setup
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in catering and event management

Requirements:




Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the catering industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions for business growth
Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire the catering team
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
