We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook/general back of house to join our café kitchen team. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, takes pride in clean and organized workspaces, and understands the importance of consistency and teamwork during service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to our standards during service
Set up and maintain your station throughout the shift
Complete a portion of daily food preparation and ingredient prep
Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
Open or close the kitchen depending on your scheduled shift
Complete opening and closing duties, including equipment and station cleaning
Wash dishes and cookware as needed and help keep dish areas organized
Properly store, label, and rotate food and ingredients
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Help with other kitchen duties as needed

What We’re Looking For




Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced café environment
Robust attention to cleanliness and organization
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to take on a variety of kitchen responsibilities
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food-safety standards
