As part of the Business & Rights team, you will advise teams, evaluate rights clearance costs, and negotiate licenses with rightsholders. Your goal is to ensure all content is used legally and appropriately, enhancing the storytelling that connects Canadians. Key Responsibilities:
Advise teams on copyright compliance and practices
Evaluate rights clearance and royalty costs accurately
Negotiate licenses for broadcast and digital media
Work with production teams to forecast clearance costs
Prepare necessary correspondence and documentation Requirements:
College diploma and three years of related experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Familiarity with media industry and copyright trends
