Engage in remote or hybrid work while contributing to impactful lending solutions. As a key player in underwriting, you will leverage at least five years of experience in commercial real estate.

This role demands meticulous analysis of financial statements and robust understanding of lending practices, enabling you to provide exceptional service while adhering to volume targets. Your contributions will be vital in cultivating strong relationships in a rapid-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Manage underwriting processes for loans between $5M-$30M
Analyze market data and borrower qualifications




Draft mortgage insurance applications and loan summary reports
Coordinate with funding teams to fulfill credit requirements
Research and present market insights to stakeholders Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years in a commercial underwriting capacity
Strong analytical skills in financial reviews
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area required
Knowledge of CMHC guidelines necessary
Fluent in both French and English languages Drive successful underwriting efforts while fostering client relationships, all within a collaborative atmosphere focused on growth.
