Duties
Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of construction tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution

Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling waste, and ensuring resource efficiency
Implement blueprint reading skills to troubleshoot design issues and ensure precise execution of plans
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of carpentry practices
Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
Ability to read detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
Knowledge of construction estimating processes and budgeting techniques
Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation related to building projects
