Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate . The position involves providing day-to-day operational support within a energetic team workplace, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in credit operations, lead small teams, and gain insights into small business processes.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr

Responsibilities
Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines
Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and risk controls
Communicate clearly with internal partners and external stakeholders
Demonstrate attendance reliability and accountability
Support team efforts and participate in ongoing training
Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Desired Skill-Set
Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills




Solid organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have
Banking industry experience
Credit operations background
Bilingual in English and French
Experience with credit processing or small business banking
Knowledge of financial policies and compliance standards
