About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to join our restaurant team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and restaurant standards
Prepare eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, sausages, and other breakfast dishes
Set up and maintain the breakfast station before and during service
Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently and consistently
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
Properly store and label food products
Monitor food quality and freshness
Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team during busy breakfast periods
Assist with kitchen cleaning, prep work, and closing duties as required

Qualifications




1–2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or breakfast workplace
Experience with breakfast food preparation is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong attention to food quality and presentation
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as required
