Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures, to promote hygiene and safety
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed diligently
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Follow established health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution




Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, including vacuums, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners

Skills
Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures in commercial environments
Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Valuable communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
