Grey Bruce Contracting is hiring an experienced, dependable Carpenter for residential renovation, repair, and construction projects throughout Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce.

You should take pride in quality work, be comfortable working independently or with a crew, and maintain a clean, skilled jobsite.

Responsibilities
Framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, flooring, and decks
Renovation work, demolition, drywall backing, blocking, and project preparation
Reading plans, taking measurements, and solving jobsite issues
Safely operating power tools and maintaining an organized work area
Working professionally with crew members, trades, and homeowners

Qualifications
Previous carpentry or renovation experience required




Comfortable with rough and finish carpentry
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Able to safely lift and carry construction materials
Own basic hand tools preferred
WHMIS and Working at Heights certification are assets
