Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter with experience who can lead our construction team , bringing expertise in various aspects of building and renovation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction initiatives, from framing and concrete work to restoration and siding installation. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Operate power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, siding installation, and woodworking
Construct, install, repair, or restore structures using carpentry skills and hand tools
Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail




Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols and proper ergonomics
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction with a solid background in carpentry, concrete work, or restoration projects
must Have drivers license and a way of transportation
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration processes
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of active work
Solid understanding of safety standards and best practices on construction sites
